Children from Donbass come to Belarus for recuperation

Children from Donbass have arrived in Belarus for rehabilitation and recuperation, BelTA has learned.

The recuperation project is run by the Aliaksei Talai Foundation in collaboration with Belaruskali. Children from 6 to 15 years old from low-income families, single-parent families, as well as orphans and victims of hostilities were invited to undertake a recuperation program in Belarus. In total, an estimated 1,050 people from Donbass will come to Belarus, including 120 accompanying educators.

The recuperation program will run at the children's recreation camp Dubrava of the social security department and Belaruskali.

On 5 September, the first group of 150 children arrived in Minsk by train.
