From the audience to the field: Daria Artemyeva starts her career as an agronomist

In Belynichi rayagropromtekhsnab, young people are actively involved in the work process. Here, almost all combine operators are young, and on July 26, a graduate of the agronomic faculty of the Gorki Agricultural Academy , Daria Artemyeva, came to her first job .

- This year, our fields for harvesting are 1661 hectares, - says the chief agronomist of the farm Petr Belov . – We also received a new Polesye combine, which we entrusted to the machine operator Andrey Vorobyov. The young man constantly works in the forestry, but every season he helps to sow and harvest in our farm.

– I have been working on a combine since 2014, and I myself live in the agricultural town of Svetilovichi, – Andrey adds. - The new equipment does not fail, although sometimes you have to adjust something, adjust it, but these are trifles!

The young combine operator performs well in every harvest. According to Ekaterina Vyaseleva , deputy director of the farm for ideological work , Andrey Vorobyov currently ranks second in the on-farm grain threshing competition.

The young agronomist Darya Artemyeva has her first harvest this year. Although the girl is from Mogilev, the village is closer to her than the city "jungle". In "RAPTSe" she passed pre-graduation practice, here she asked for the distribution. Proximity to the regional center played a certain role, but the young specialist also liked our city very much, she received a hostel and lifting allowance, in a word, everything that is needed for life and successful work.

“It’s very cozy, calm, beautiful here,” Dasha shares . - Everything suits me. The team helps to get comfortable, and Petr Mikhailovich, our chief agronomist, gives a lot of advice. He is an excellent teacher.

Daria knows all aspects of the difficult work of an agronomist, but difficulties and responsibility do not frighten her, she is a serious girl. Therefore, it is possible that after the expiration of the period of mandatory working off, she will continue to work on the farm.

“I feel at home here,” sums up Dasha.
